Process
We plan the shot list and schedule, handle airspace and access, capture interiors/exteriors/aerials in one visit, edit for consistent MLS-safe color and clean lines, then deliver fast—photos next business day.
1.
Prepare
We confirm address, access, and timing, check airspace/NOTAMs, and share a quick prep checklist (lights on, blinds open, clear counters, hide cords/bins, move cars, secure pets). Shot list + any must haves should be covered at this point.
2.
Capture
HDR + flambient stills, polished aerials (weather/authorization permitting), 3D tour if booked, and video/reel footage—all in one efficient visit with a light footprint and respect for the property.
3.
Edit
Cull → blend → color-correct → straighten verticals → lens corrections. Minor distractions cleaned when feasible. We export MLS-safe and full-res sets, assemble the highlight video + vertical reel, and generate floor plans from the tour when included.
4.
Deliver
Photos by next business day.Video/Reels in 2–3 days. 3D links next day. You’ll get a download gallery (MLS + full-res), and branded/unbranded tour links—ready to drop into MLS, Airbnb/Vrbo, and your site.

Support
Need a tweak, alternate crop, or social export? We’ve got you. We can coordinate with stagers/PMs, schedule seasonal refreshes, and travel across NC • SC • GA • TN • VA (modest travel fees as needed).
